Supporting yourself is essential to sustaining your work. Below are crisis lines, local supports (MS/MA), national organizations, readings, and tools for burnout, compassion fatigue, and ethical self-care. Resources are confidential where noted.

Crisis & 24/7 Support 

National:

  • MS Warmline (Peer Support): 1-877-581-9276 (non-crisis, evenings/weekends).
